SPEAKER · FACILITATOR · LEADERSHIP COACH
Leadership talks for people who want something useful to take back to work.
Practical, human conversations about leadership, teams, communication and what actually happens when you put a bunch of humans together and call it work.
Keynotes, conference sessions, leadership events, team sessions and facilitated conversations.
NOT A TALK FOR THE SAKE OF A TALK
Good speaking should change what happens next.
I love a big idea.
But I love it even more when someone leaves the room knowing exactly what they want to try differently with their team.
My speaking sits around leadership, communication, coaching, motivation, ownership and how teams actually work.
Practical enough to use. Human enough to recognise yourself in it.
SPEAKING TOPICS
Things I like talking about with a room full of humans.
Building teams that take more ownership
What leaders can do to create more thinking, communication and ownership without becoming the answer to every question.
Coaching instead of answering
Knowing when to ask, when to tell and when to get out of the way.
The conversations leaders avoid
Feedback, expectations, missed commitments, boundaries and saying the actual thing before it becomes a bigger thing.
Motivating your team
Clear goals, useful feedback and acknowledgement, plus the conditions people need around them to perform.
How teams work
The communication, trust, clarity and team conditions that make work easier or quietly make everything harder.
Better conversations at work
Practical ways to ask better questions, listen properly and have conversations that actually move somewhere.
ONE IDEA YOU'LL HEAR A LOT FROM ME
Know when to ask.
Know when to tell.
Know when to get out of the way.
Leadership isn't about removing yourself from the work. It's about knowing what your people need from you, and what they don't.
IN THE ROOM
Speaking that feels like a conversation, not a lecture.
My background sits across leadership, coaching, facilitation and people development.
I've delivered leadership sessions for schools, cross-industry leaders, organisational teams and Australian Women in Business.
I've also delivered keynote and short-form speaking for school and Year 12 audiences.
Whether it's fifteen minutes or a room I'm working with for longer, the aim is the same: make it useful, make it engaging and give people something they can actually do with it.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Less passive listening. More thinking.
Frameworks and questions people can actually take back into work, leadership and team conversations.
Leadership talked about in the context it actually happens in: deadlines, people, pressure, expectations and competing priorities.
Where the format allows it, people won't just hear the idea. They'll think, talk, practise and apply it.
Serious ideas don't need to be delivered like everyone is sitting through mandatory compliance training.
SELECTED SPEAKING
A few things I've already taken to the room.
Australian Women in Business
A practical session around connection and conversation, including PREP, ASK and FOLLOW and the idea: be interested, not interesting.
School leadership audience
Leadership-focused keynote delivered for a school audience.
Year 12 audience
Short-form keynote and micro-teach format delivered for graduating students.
Motivating Your Team Through the Final Quarter
A practical live masterclass using clear goals, feedback, acknowledgement and the conditions that support performance.

Need a keynote? A workshop? Something in between?
Speaking can be designed around the room, the audience and the outcome you're trying to create.
Tell me who is in the room and what you want them thinking, talking about or doing differently afterwards.

The talk can start the conversation. SOSA can keep it going.
