I’m not here to help you "tick the boxes." I’m here to help you burn the damn list and lead from the truth of who you are. Because when you’re clear on your values, voice and vision, you stop asking for permission and start leading with intention.
I work with humans (yes, humans first-titles second) who are ready to ditch the noise, ditch the shoulds and lead in a way that’s bold, grounded and deeply connected.
I get it.....because I’ve lived it. I’m a mum, a go-getter, little bit of rule breaker and (let’s be honest) a chronic overthinker. I turned down a principal role to build something more human because leadership shouldn't cost you your health, your values or your joy. After 10+ years in education and leadership, I’ve seen what happens when strategy is strong but connection is missing and how quickly “best practice” can burn people out.
So, I’ve also seen the magic in coachable moments, the ones that shift conversations, build confidence and unlock potential. When teams hit their stride. When people feel seen, steady and strong.
That’s the kind of leadership I believe in.
Not performative. Not perfect. Just real, purposeful and human.
I bring the insight of a coach, the lens of a leader and the energy of someone who’s been in the thick of it. This work? It’s part strategy, part high energy, part straight-talking clarity and 100% human.
