Alicia built her leadership capability inside one of the most demanding human environments imaginable — not a polished corporate office, but a school. Where budgets are tight, emotions run high, and the cost of poor leadership is felt immediately and personally.
She held executive leadership roles across three schools — including a Principal seat itself — where she quickly made one of the most honest decisions of her career. It wasn’t for her. Not because she couldn’t do it. But because she realised her greatest impact wasn’t in running an organisation.
It was in developing the humans inside one.
That clarity changed everything.

She left and walked straight into the corporate world — running team alignment sessions, leadership workshops and culture days for organisations across industries. From construction sites to creative agencies, corporate teams to close-knit small businesses, the work was the same: help humans lead better, communicate clearer and build teams that actually work.

Over six years of specialist training in leadership development and neuroscience-based coaching gave her the science to match the experience. She is an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC), a Leading Humans Certified Coach, and the creator of Feedback Isn’t a Piece of Cake — the forthcoming practical guide to building feedback as a repeatable leadership skill.
